Order Processing

All orders are processed and dispatched as quickly as possible.

Processing times vary depending on the product ordered.

Coffee Orders

Coffee orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days to ensure product freshness.

Apparel & Accessories (Print-On-Demand)

Certain apparel and accessory items are produced on demand through our production partners. These products are typically manufactured and dispatched within 3-7 business days after the order is placed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next working business day.

During peak periods, launches, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains both coffee and apparel or accessories, items may be shipped separately.

This is because certain products are fulfilled by different production and fulfilment partners located in different facilities.

As a result:

• Items may be dispatched separately
• Separate tracking emails may be issued
• Products may arrive on different dates

This is normal and does not mean your order has been split incorrectly.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times begin after your order has been dispatched, not when the order is placed.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

• destination country
• order value
• order weight and fulfilment location

Free shipping thresholds may apply depending on region and will be clearly displayed during checkout.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International shipments may be subject to:

These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

Rebound Coffee is not responsible for delays or charges caused by customs processing.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking confirmation email containing a tracking link.

If your order is shipped in multiple parcels, you may receive multiple tracking emails.

Lost, Delayed or Missing Orders

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by the courier service.

If your order appears significantly delayed or lost, please contact us and we will assist in contacting the courier and investigating the issue where possible.

Rebound Coffee cannot guarantee replacement or refunds for parcels confirmed as successfully delivered by the courier.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the parcel is returned to us, customers will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.

Rebound Coffee cannot guarantee replacements or refunds for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.
