Rebound Coffee Subscription Policy

At Rebound Coffee, our subscription option is designed to make sure you never run out of fuel for performance.

By purchasing a coffee subscription, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries of your selected coffee product.

The frequency of these deliveries will depend on the schedule you choose at checkout (for example every 2 weeks or every 4 weeks).

Your payment method will be securely stored and automatically charged for each upcoming delivery unless you choose to cancel your subscription before the next billing date.

Subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled.

Managing Your Subscription

You can pause, skip, change, or cancel your subscription at any time.

To manage your subscription:

  • Log into your Rebound Coffee account

  • Or use the subscription management link included in your order confirmation emails

Changes must be made before the next billing date to take effect for the upcoming order.

Cancellations

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time.

If an order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return in accordance with our Returns Policy.

Billing

When you subscribe, you authorize Rebound Coffee to charge your selected payment method automatically for recurring orders according to your selected delivery schedule.

Prices, delivery frequency and product availability may be updated from time to time. If significant changes occur, we will notify you in advance.
