What Is Rebound Coffee?
Rebound Coffee is performance coffee built for people in motion.

We work with specialty-grade beans ethically sourced from around the world that are roasted locally in Ireland, developing blends that perform across real life - from garages and surf checks to offices, vans, tracks and workshops.

Shipping
We aim to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible.
Coffee Orders
Coffee orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery.
Apparel & Accessories
Apparel and accessory items are produced on demand through our production partner. These items usually ship within 5–7 business days after the order is placed.
Multiple Shipments
If your order contains both coffee and apparel or accessories, items may be shipped separately as they are fulfilled by different partners. If this happens, you will receive separate tracking emails, and items may arrive on different days.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within a reasonable timeframe after dispatch.
Shipping Delays
Occasionally delays may occur due to customs processing, public holidays, or shipping carrier disruptions. While we always aim for fast delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, customers must contact us using the question box below to arrange a reshipment or refund (excluding shipping costs).
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.
Returns & Exchanges
Because coffee is a perishable product, we cannot accept returns on opened coffee bags.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a quality issue, please contact us at contact@reboundcoffee.co within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.
For apparel and accessories, returns or exchanges may be accepted if the item is unworn, unused, and in original condition.
If your request is approved, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund.
Subscriptions
Our coffee subscriptions make sure you never run out of fuel for performance.
Choose your coffee and delivery schedule at checkout, and we’ll automatically ship fresh coffee to you on that schedule. Your payment method will be securely charged for each delivery.
You can pause, skip, change or cancel your subscription anytime through your account or the link in your order confirmation email.
