Returns & Refunds Policy - Rebound Coffee

Overview

We want you to be happy with your order from Rebound Coffee. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve it.

Because we sell fresh coffee and made-to-order apparel, certain items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Coffee Products

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on coffee products once they have been delivered.

However, if your coffee arrives:

• damaged
• incorrect
• or defective

please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include:

• your order number
• photos of the issue

We will review the issue and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Apparel & Accessories

Apparel and accessories are produced on demand through our production partners.

Because of this, we cannot accept returns for:

• incorrect size selection
• change of mind
• buyer's remorse

Please review size charts carefully before placing your order.

If an apparel or accessory item arrives:

• damaged
• defective
• or incorrectly printed

please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

• your order number
• photos of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because orders are processed quickly, we may not be able to modify or cancel an order once it has been placed.

If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, customers must contact us to arrange a reshipment or refund (excluding shipping costs).

Rebound Coffee cannot guarantee refunds or replacements for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Missing Packages

Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the courier service.

If your tracking shows that the order has been delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend checking with:

• neighbours
• building reception
• safe delivery locations

If you still cannot locate the package, please contact us and we will assist where possible.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method used during checkout.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.
